Batch Certificates of Analysis are listed in the certificates library, grouped by catalog material. Many lots include Janoshik identity and purity (mass) results; several popular lots also include endotoxin results.

Those documents support laboratory purchasing decisions. They are not a warranty that a lot is fit for a particular experiment. For how to read a report, see How to read a peptide Certificate of Analysis.

Open the certificates library, find the material and vial size, then follow the Janoshik link for that test. Confirm the compound name, reported mass or purity, and any endotoxin result against the vial you received.

If a listing has more than one lot, match the cap colour and batch notes on the library entry. Product pages also deep-link to the matching library section.

Yes. Library entries are lot-specific. Where a catalog page has more than one vial size, each size has its own report when that documentation exists. A COA for one batch or size does not document a different batch.

If an independent lab shows identity failure or purity under 99% on an unopened vial from that batch, we replace it and refund the original payment.

Add vials from the shop to the cart, check out with a Canadian shipping address, then pay the emailed Interac invoice to BlueNexLabs@gmail.com.

Guest checkout is available. After checkout we email the order number, the amount due, and payment instructions.

Orders are fulfilled in Canada only. The public contact address is 4309 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1J3. Canada Post Xpresspost labels use a Port Moody, B.C. PO Box as the sender.

We do not ship or redirect parcels outside Canada. Domestic fulfilment keeps shipments on the Canada Post network rather than crossing a customs border.

Shipping is Canada Post Xpresspost within Canada. The standard rate is $25.00 CAD and is waived at $299.00 product subtotal and above. Tracking is emailed after the parcel is scanned, typically within one business day of payment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will not redirect a parcel abroad.

Sold-out vials remain on the catalog with a sold-out label and cannot be added to the cart. A sold-out listing is not a backorder. Email the lab desk if you need a restock timeline for a specific SKU.

Inspect packaging and vial labels when the parcel arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, email BlueNexLabs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the order number.

Opened, used, or temperature-abused vials are not returnable except as required by law. See the Terms and Conditions.
