In laboratory discussions it usually means pairing BPC-157 with a thymosin-beta-4 fragment (TB-500) in the same project because the two sequences are cited in overlapping cell-migration, angiogenesis, and cytoskeletal papers. BPC-157 is a gastric-derived pentadecapeptide used in signaling and injury-model literature. TB-500 is studied in actin-regulation and cell-motility assays.
