BlueNexLabs Inc. handles personal information for this site in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the privacy rules that apply to a private organization in British Columbia. This page says what we collect, why, and how to reach us. Purchases are also covered by the Terms.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

• Name, email, and shipping address
• An optional phone number, if you add one to an account
• Order details
• An Interac e-Transfer payment reference. We never receive bank login details or card details.
• Account login information, if you create an account
• Basic analytics and cookie data

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Process and ship orders
• Send order and tracking emails
• Provide support
• Prevent fraud
• Meet legal and tax obligations
• Improve the site

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the cart and login working. We also use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated site usage. You can block cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers needed to run the store: Canada Post for shipping, and our hosting, database, and email providers, plus Google Analytics. We never sell personal information. We disclose it where the law requires.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, generally 6 years under Canada Revenue Agency requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and access to personal information is limited to authorized staff.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw marketing consent, by emailing BlueNexLabs@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
