Returns, refunds, and cancellations

These materials are sold for research use only. Because integrity matters, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Contact us first at BlueNexLabs@gmail.com to get return authorization. Include the order number from your order email. You pay return shipping unless the error was ours. There is no restocking fee. Unless otherwise required by law, that is the return window for unopened, sealed products.

Wrong, damaged, or missing items

If we sent the wrong item, the parcel was damaged in transit, or an item is missing, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back by Interac e-Transfer to the email used for the order, within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we approve the claim.

If we discover an error in pricing, description, or availability, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at BlueNexLabs@gmail.com. Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time. Paid orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the returns terms above apply.

Certificates and discrepancies

We may provide batch-related documentation (for example, a Certificate of Analysis) where available. Such documentation is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” except as required under applicable law.
