Alice Kay is a biochemist. Alice Kay earned her Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia. She finished that Biochemistry degree in 2024. In 2025 she opened BlueNex Labs. Her background is biotechnology and peptide science.

As founder, she remains involved in catalogue direction and in how batch documents are shown to laboratories. Catalogue questions go to the desk. Analytical numbers on a Certificate of Analysis belong to the laboratory named on that PDF.

Documentation she oversees

The public certificates library is the index of published batch reports. Many lots link a Janoshik identity and purity file. Several popular lots also link an endotoxin result. When a row has no endotoxin link, that test is not in the library. A reader should not fill in a number that was not published.

Alice does not replace the testing laboratory. BlueNex Labs hosts the library and the shop. The laboratory named on the PDF produced the chromatogram and the mass result. A supplier page that displays a link is not the same thing as the file. Open the file, read the header, and confirm the sample name.
