Shipping inside Canada
Last updated: September 28, 2026
We ship inside Canada only, by Canada Post Xpresspost, after you pay by Interac e-Transfer to BlueNexLabs@gmail.com. Shipping is $25.00 flat rate; free on product subtotals of $299.00 or more. The materials are research use only. The desk is 4309 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1J3. Hours are Open daily, 9 AM–10 PM PT. Email BlueNexLabs@gmail.com. The sender line on the label is a Port Moody, B.C. PO Box. That box is the Canada Post account, not a second shop.
Processing
Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and your Xpresspost tracking number is emailed when the label is created so you can follow the package with Canada Post.
Payments received after 12 pm PT on a business day, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, are processed the next business day. A payment confirmation email is sent once the e-Transfer is received.
Transit
Canada Post Xpresspost typically takes 1–3 business days in most urban areas and 3–7 business days for rural and remote areas and the territories. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created.
PO Boxes
PO Boxes are accepted where Canada Post Xpresspost delivers. A signature is not required unless you request one in the order notes.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a correct address. Parcels returned for an incorrect or unclaimed address can be reshipped at your cost for the new shipping fee.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, or within 7 days of delivery for damage, with photos, at BlueNexLabs@gmail.com. We will open a Canada Post claim and reship or refund once the claim is resolved or the parcel is confirmed lost. Xpresspost includes carrier coverage up to $100.
Canada only
We do not ship outside Canada, and we will not redirect a parcel abroad. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the parcel, except for the lost or damaged remedy above and except where applicable law requires otherwise. The contract language is the Terms. Operational notes are also in the FAQ and the procurement note.
