Sample name on a Janoshik report

The sample name is the identity line printed on the laboratory file. It should match the peptide on the vial label, not a neighbouring SKU that shares part of a trade name. Blend fills and single-peptide fills keep different sample names when their reports are different. Copy the sample name with the date, the mass, and the purity method.

The task identifier is the number in the Janoshik URL. It does not replace the sample name. A photograph of a page is not the file. The steps are in the lot-matching note and on the verification FAQ. Research-use only.
