It records how a purchasing office pays, which carrier moves the parcel, where the public desk sits, and what a receiver does when the box arrives cold. It is not a city directory, not a ranking of vendors, and not a protocol for people or animals. Documentation and the checkout path are the purchasing criteria. A municipal name is not.

Interac e-Transfer checkout

BlueNex Labs accepts Interac e-Transfer only. Add vials from the catalog to the cart, enter a Canadian shipping address at checkout, and pay the emailed invoice. Guest checkout is available. After the order is placed, the message includes the order number, the amount due, and the Interac address. Send the exact total and put the order number in the message field so the payment can be matched. Cards are not accepted at checkout, and the catalog does not offer an overseas card gateway.

Interac e-Transfer is a Canadian payment rail. An address outside Canada cannot complete this checkout, and the shop will not redirect a parcel abroad after payment. Institutional buyers who need an invoice for a purchase-order file should use the order email and, if the form needs a longer note, write the Burnaby desk. Paid orders ship on Canada Post Xpresspost inside Canada. The standard rate is $25.00 CAD. It is waived when the product subtotal is $299.00 or higher. The threshold is the product subtotal, not a promise about a particular transit day. Tracking is emailed after the parcel is scanned, typically within one business day of payment. Canada Post does not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, so a Friday payment can sit until the next operating day before the first scan. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Xpresspost here means a domestic Canada Post service on a Canadian network. It does not mean a courier handoff at a U.S. airport, and it does not mean the shop will relabel a parcel for an address outside Canada. If a purchasing form asks for the carrier name, write Canada Post Xpresspost. If it asks for a service guarantee, write that the site does not publish one.

Burnaby desk versus the label sender

The public contact address is 4309 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1J3. That is the address on the about page and the contact page. Hours posted with that address are Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 PT. Canada Post Xpresspost labels use a Port Moody, B.C. PO Box as the sender because that is the carrier account on the shipping profile. The PO Box is for the label. It is not the storefront, it is not a walk-in counter, and it is not a second inventory location with different lots.

A purchase order should cite the Burnaby address when it needs a supplier location. It should not substitute the PO Box as a public NAP line. Cold-weather parcels

Lyophilized peptides are sensitive to moisture and to temperature cycling. Handling starts when the Canada Post parcel is opened. Open it the day it arrives. Do not leave it in a vehicle, an outdoor box, or on a loading dock. A sunny cab and a January loading dock can both stress a sealed cake. Move the vial into controlled storage the same day, still closed, and follow the temperature on the product note rather than inventing one setpoint for every SKU.

A very cold parcel should sit in a dry place until the vial is no longer shocking to the touch. Do not heat it to speed that step. If the cake looks unusual only because the glass is still cold, wait and look again before you write a damage note. If the seal is broken, the cake is wet, or the label does not match the packing list, quarantine the vial and photograph it within 48 hours. Email the order number as the FAQ and Terms describe. Write the receipt time, not only the date, when the box sat somewhere warm or frozen before it reached the bench.
