Endotoxin and LAL on a peptide COA

Endotoxin here means bacterial lipopolysaccharide, a cell-wall fragment that can be present even when a peptide peak looks clean. The common laboratory readout is the Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay, or a recombinant Factor C method that targets the same factor. Results are reported in endotoxin units, with a denominator the report should state, such as per milligram or per vial. A number without the denominator cannot be compared with another lot.

A separate assay, with a denominator

Endotoxin here means bacterial lipopolysaccharide. It can be present when a peptide peak looks clean, because it is not a peptide impurity peak. The common readout is the Limulus amebocyte lysate assay, or a recombinant Factor C method aimed at the same factor. Results are reported in endotoxin units. The report should state a denominator, such as per milligram or per vial. A bare number cannot be compared with the next lot. Copy the unit exactly. Do not round it and drop the denominator.

HPLC area percent does not imply an endotoxin value. Sterility is a different test again. If the file does not contain an endotoxin line, the test was not published. Record the absence. Which live rows actually include the test

The certificates library shows the test that exists for the row you opened. GHK-Cu 50 mg includes an endotoxin link beside the mass and purity link. Retatrutide rows on the 10 mg listing, the 20 mg listing, and the 30 mg listing include endotoxin files that still have to match the milligram fill and the cap colour. A 10 mg endotoxin number does not document a 30 mg vial. BPC-157 10 mg is a different anchor. TB-500 10 mg has a purity report on the TB-500 10 mg certificate but no endotoxin result. The 5 mg/5mg blend file does not fill that gap.

KLOW and GLOW are multi-peptide fills with their own shop URLs. A component endotoxin result does not document the blend, and a blend result does not document GHK-Cu 50 mg. What the unit does not authorize

An endotoxin result is not a Drug Identification Number and it is not a release for human or veterinary use. Research-use-only labelling still applies. The endotoxin number does not change that receiving step.

A recombinant Factor C result and an LAL result are both endotoxin readouts, and they are still not sterility. Record the method name the PDF actually prints. Do not translate one into the other with a factor this catalogue does not publish. NAD+ fills, when they carry an endotoxin link, are cofactor lots. Write the SKU, the unit, and the method name on one line of the receiving log before the vial is stored. A later reader should not have to infer which glass the number belonged to.
