Thymosin peptides, laboratory definition

Thymosin is a family name, not a single catalogue SKU. Thymosin alpha-1 is a 28-residue thymic peptide with its own research note and its own 10 mg vial. TB-500 on this site is named as a thymosin beta-4 fragment used in actin-binding and cell-migration models, with its own 10 mg vial. A family name on a purchasing form is incomplete until the sequence and the SKU are written down.
