What the checkout actually accepts

The cart accepts a Canadian address. Parcels stay on Canada Post Xpresspost. The catalogue does not ship outside Canada and will not redirect a parcel abroad. A laboratory in British Columbia and a laboratory in Ontario use the same catalogue, the same Interac e-Transfer checkout, and the same certificates library. Naming Vancouver or Toronto in the URL does not create a local stockroom in either city.

Carrier timing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after Interac payment is received, on Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Payments received after 12 pm PT on a business day, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, are processed the next business day, so a Friday payment can sit until the next operating day. A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Canada Post Xpresspost typically takes 1–3 business days in most urban areas and 3–7 business days for rural and remote areas and the territories. These are estimates, not guarantees. Domestic Xpresspost avoids a U.S. warehouse hop. It does not remove research-use-only limits.
