Copper peptide, in this catalog, means glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine coordinated to copper(II): GHK-Cu. The peptide portion is three residues. The complex is the research ligand used in extracellular-matrix and gene-expression assays. A copper salt is not that complex, and the metal-free tripeptide is not that complex unless the lot report says so.
