What the message field is matching

The order can contain more than one SKU. BPC-157 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, retatrutide, and TB-500 10 mg are separate lines with separate lot files. The Interac message matches the order number, not the peptide name. Writing a peptide nickname in the message field and omitting the order number is how a payment sits unmatched. Write the order number. The catalogue prices stay on the shop. This glossary entry does not restate them.

A paid order is still research use only. Interac does not create a Drug Identification Number, and it does not attach a Certificate of Analysis to a SKU that has none. Semaglutide and SS-31 50 mg still have no library anchor. Paying the invoice does not fill that gap. What the rail refuses

Interac on this site is not available for an address outside Canada, and a parcel is not relabelled for export after payment. The desk is 4309 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1J3. The Xpresspost sender line is a Port Moody PO Box for the carrier account. Those are one domestic operation, described on the procurement guide, not a second payment method. Research use only. Confirm the institution can audit an Interac payment before you place the order.

Send the exact total shown on the invoice. A short payment, or a payment that rounds to a nearby dollar, does not match the order automatically. The message field is for the order number, not for a peptide nickname and not for a personal-use note. If the institution needs an invoice copy, use the Burnaby desk. If two orders are paid the same day, each message field still needs its own order number. A single transfer that combines totals without those numbers is harder to match to the right invoice.
