Drug Identification Number (DIN), Canada

A Drug Identification Number (DIN) is the eight-digit number Health Canada assigns to an authorized drug sold in Canada. It is printed on authorized drug labels. A lyophilized research peptide on this site does not carry a DIN because it is not sold as an authorized drug. A Janoshik report, an HPLC percentage, and the words research use only do not add a DIN after the fact.
