Amino-acid sequence, laboratory definition

A sequence is the order of amino-acid residues, written from the N-terminus in one-letter or three-letter code. Some catalog pages state that string. Epithalon is listed as Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. BPC-157 is listed as GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, a 15-residue chain, on the pentadecapeptide term and in What is BPC-157?. Those strings are catalog identity text.
