This page is a laboratory procurement checklist. It does not rank vendors and it is not a consumer shopping guide. Canadian laboratories that need lyophilized research peptides often specify domestic fulfilment so the parcel stays on the Canada Post network rather than entering as an undocumented import. Documentation, not a city name, is the purchasing criterion.

What a purchase order should carry

A usable order names the catalogue SKU, the milligram fill, the quantity, and the lot when a lot is already assigned. It points to a batch report the receiver can open. It states research-use-only intended use in language that matches the institution's ethics or purchasing form. It uses a payment path the institution can audit. Legal category versus advertising

A peptide authorized as a drug has a Drug Identification Number and moves through the drug system. A research solid labelled RUO is not automatically lawful for every purpose. Health Canada looks at claims and intended use. The agency has also said that research-use-only wording does not, by itself, exempt an otherwise regulated consumer product. Examples of matching a guide to a vial

High-intent sequences on this catalogue have a research note and a separate product URL. If a parcel arrives without a way to open the report named on the packing list, hold the material. Write down the SKU, the apparent lot, and the date. Ask the desk for the library link. Do not rely on a cropped image that shows a purity percentage and hides the sample name.

A receiving file that matches the checklist

The smallest file that a second person can audit has six lines: SKU and milligram fill, lot or cap note, date received, storage location, URL of the report, and a yes or no on whether the sample name matched. Attach the photograph of the label. If the report includes an endotoxin number, copy the number and the unit. If it does not, write "endotoxin not on this report" so a later reader does not assume the test was done. The same discipline applies to sterility.
